Thomas Gold, Ph.D., has worked extensively in the field of entrepreneurship education and research with an emphasis on measurement and evaluation. He was most recently Vice President for Research at Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) where he spearheaded the development of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Index, an assessment of skills for young entrepreneurs. Prior to NFTE, Tom led studies focusing on equity and access in education for low income students at the New York City Department of Education and at New York University. He has also written extensively on European politics with a particular focus on Italy. Tom received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the New School for Social Research.
