Creating value for people by empowering and connecting them through projects, platforms and partnerships across borders and sectors has always been the goal pursued by Raluca in her career.
After 8 years in Brussels working for the "Education and Culture" Directorate General (DG EAC) of the European Commission and for the SALTO-YOUTH Participation Resource Centre, Raluca is now based in Paris. She is the coordinator of the Youth@Work Partnership on youth employability and entrepreneurship of Erasmus+ National Agencies. She also consults on project design and management, capacity-building and networking activities, as well as on event facilitation in the fields of youth policies and programmes, non-formal education, entrepreneurial learning and civic and political participation of young people.
She earned her BA in social communication and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest Romania and her MA in International Relations and European Studies from the Universities of Cergy-Pontoise and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne France.
